XRYPTON’s moderation suite gives your staff team a full toolkit to keep your server safe and organised. Commands marked as hybrid work both as a prefix command (e.g. ,lockdown) and as a slash command (e.g. /lockdown). All other commands are prefix-only. Commands respect your Discord role hierarchy, so you can only act on members whose highest role sits below yours.

Member Actions

ban

Aliases: evict, deport
Permission: Ban Members
Bans a user and deletes their last 7 days of messages. Works on users who have already left the server. If the target is a server booster, you’ll be asked to confirm before the ban is applied.

kick

Permission: Kick Members
Removes a member from the server. They can rejoin with a new invite. Boosters require a confirmation step.

mute

Permission: Moderate Members
Times a member out using Discord’s native timeout system. The default duration is 60 seconds.

unmute

Permission: Moderate Members
Removes a Discord timeout from a member immediately.

unban

Permission: Moderate Members
Unbans a previously banned user by their user ID or tag.

forcenickname

Alias: fn
Permission: Moderate Members
Locks a member’s nickname to a value you set. They cannot change it while the force-nickname is active. Run the command again with no name to remove it.
You cannot act on members whose highest role is equal to or above your own, and you can never moderate the server owner.

Channel Management

Nuke

Permission: Manage Server
Clones the channel (preserving topic, position, and permission overwrites), then deletes the original. A confirmation prompt appears before the action is carried out.

Lockdown

Hybrid command — usable as ,lockdown or /lockdown
Permission: Manage Channels
Prevents the configured lockdown role (default: @everyone) from sending messages in a channel.

Unlock

Hybrid command — usable as ,unlock or /unlock
Permission: Manage Channels
Re-enables message sending for the lockdown role.

Hide & Reveal

Permission: Manage Channels
Toggles whether @everyone can see the channel at all.

Channel Create / Delete / Rename / NSFW

Hybrid command — usable as ,channel or /channel
Permission: Manage Channels

Message Cleanup — Purge

Hybrid command — usable as ,purge or /purge
Alias: c
Permission: Manage Messages
All purge subcommands default to removing 15 messages. Pass an amount argument to override.
Pinned messages are never deleted by purge. The invoking message is automatically removed before the purge begins.

Role Management

Hybrid command — usable as ,role or /role
Alias: r
Permission: Manage Roles
The role command group lets you create, delete, and assign roles in bulk.
role all and role humans are slow operations on large servers. XRYPTON will display an estimated completion time before it begins.

Special Mutes

These commands restrict specific permissions for a single member in the current channel without issuing a full timeout. Permission: Moderate Members

Strip Staff

Permission: Administrator
Scans a member’s roles and removes every role that holds a “dangerous” permission (such as Administrator, Ban Members, Manage Guild, etc.). Useful for emergency de-staffing.
If the member has no dangerous roles, XRYPTON will let you know instead of silently succeeding.
