XRYPTON’s moderation suite gives your staff team precise control over members, channels, messages, and roles. Every command enforces role-hierarchy checks automatically, so you can only act on members whose highest role sits below your own. Commands that affect boosters require an extra confirmation step to help you avoid accidents.

Member Actions

Use these commands to take direct action against individual members.
ban and kick will show an interactive confirmation prompt if the target member is a server booster. Only the command author can confirm or cancel the action.
forcenickname is persistent — if the member tries to change their own nickname, XRYPTON will automatically restore the forced name.

Channel Management

Lock down, hide, or restructure channels on the fly.
Run lockdown role <role> once during setup to ensure lockdowns target your community role rather than @everyone. This prevents accidentally locking staff channels.

Message Cleanup

All purge subcommands default to 15 messages if no amount is specified. Your invocation message is always deleted automatically.
Pinned messages are never deleted by any purge subcommand.

Role Management

Give, create, or adjust roles for members and the whole server.
role all and role humans can take a long time on large servers. XRYPTON will show an estimated completion time before it begins.

Targeted Mutes

These commands restrict specific types of activity for a single member in the current channel without applying a full timeout.
Targeted mutes are channel-scoped. They only apply to the channel where you run the command, leaving the member’s permissions in other channels untouched.
