XRYPTON’s leveling system rewards members for activity in your server. Every message a member sends has a chance to grant them XP, which accumulates into levels over time. Admins can fine-tune everything from the XP range per message to automatic role rewards at specific milestones. The system is disabled by default and must be toggled on before any other configuration takes effect.

Level Configuration

All level subcommands manage the behavior of the leveling system. Most require Manage Server.

Level-Up Notifications

Control where and how members are told they have leveled up.
If you set both level levelup channel and level channel, the dedicated channel takes priority over the member’s current channel. DMs always take priority if level levelup dms is set.

Effort Rewards

Effort rewards grant bonus XP for messages that show extra engagement — longer text, attached images, or being a server booster.
Effort bonuses stack. A booster who sends a long message with an attachment receives the text bonus, the image bonus, and the booster bonus all at once, on top of the base random XP grant.

Level Role Rewards

Automatically assign a role when a member reaches a specific level milestone.
You cannot assign a level reward role that has Administrator or Manage Server permissions. This prevents the leveling system from being exploited to escalate privileges automatically.
