XRYPTON Information and Lookup Command Reference Guide

Look up users, servers, roles, emojis, and more with XRYPTON’s full suite of information and snipe commands — all detailed here.

XRYPTON’s Information module covers everything you need to inspect your server and its members: profile lookups, server statistics, bot diagnostics, emoji management, and a snipe system that captures recently deleted or edited messages. All commands use the default prefix , unless noted as a slash command.

User Info

Commands for looking up information about individual Discord users and their profile assets.

userinfo	,userinfo [@user]	Display detailed info about a user: account creation date, server join date, roles, join position, and mutual guilds. Aliases: ui, whois
avatar	,avatar [@user]	Fetch and display a user’s full-size avatar. Alias: av
banner	,banner [@user]	Fetch and display a user’s profile banner. Requires the user to have a banner set.
serveravatar	,serveravatar [@user]	Fetch a user’s server-specific avatar (if they have one set). Aliases: serverav, sav
serverbanner	,serverbanner [@user]	Fetch a user’s server-specific banner. Alias: sbanner
hex	,hex [@user]	Extract the dominant hex colour from a user’s avatar (or an attached image). Alias: dominant

All user-info commands default to you if no user argument is provided. You can also pass a display name as a string and XRYPTON will fuzzy-match the closest member in your server.

For hex, attach an image to your message instead of mentioning a user to extract the dominant colour from that image directly.

Server Info

Commands for inspecting the server itself — membership, boosts, bans, invites, and roles.

boosters	,boosters	Paginated list of all current Nitro boosters and when they started boosting.
boosters lost	,boosters lost	Show members who previously boosted the server but have since stopped.
bots	,bots	Paginated list of every bot currently in the server.
bans	,bans	Paginated list of all banned users with their ban reasons.
banreason	,banreason <@user>	Show the ban reason for a specific user. Requires Ban Members.
inviteinfo	,inviteinfo <invite>	Detailed info about an invite code: channel, creation date, expiry, inviter, and guild stats. Alias: ii
roleinfo	,roleinfo <@role>	Display a role’s ID, colour, creation date, and member list. Aliases: rinfo, ri

banreason requires the Ban Members permission. Without it, the command will be refused.

Bot Info

Commands that report on XRYPTON’s own health, stats, and configuration.

status	,status	Returns a link to XRYPTON’s shard status page for checking outages.

Emoji

Manage and inspect emojis in your server. The base emoji command also works as a standalone lookup.

Command	Usage	Description
emoji	,emoji <:emoji:>	Enlarge a custom emoji and post it as a full-size image file.
emoji steal	,emoji steal <:emoji:> [name]	Copy an emoji from another server and add it to yours. Aliases: copy, add. Requires Manage Expressions.
emoji remove	,emoji remove <:emoji:>	Delete a custom emoji from your server. Alias: delete. Requires Manage Expressions.

emoji steal and emoji remove both require the Manage Expressions permission. Attempting them without the permission will result in an error.

With emoji steal, you can supply an optional name argument to rename the emoji when it is added to your server. If omitted, the original emoji name is kept.

Snipe

The snipe system captures recently deleted messages, edited messages, and removed reactions so you can review them at any time.

clearsnipes	,clearsnipes	Clear all sniped data for the current channel. Requires Manage Messages. Alias: cs

Snipe data is stored in-memory only and is cleared when the bot restarts. Snipes are scoped to the channel where the deletion or edit occurred.

clearsnipes requires the Manage Messages permission. It clears deleted message, edit, and reaction snipes for the current channel all at once.
